June Brent contracts also increased as a $150-a-barrel call option doubled just ahead of the weekend and a $180-a-barrel option jumped 110 percent, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-03-07\/oil-traders-are-betting-prices-may-pass-200-a-barrel-this-month\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/live-news\/stocks-3-2-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>OIL SURGES ABOVE $120, STOCKS TUMBLE AS RUSSIA, UKRAINE ROILS MARKETS: LIVE UPDATES<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine last week has spurred several countries to take action by enacting financial sanctions, barring Russia from international banking systems, or have announced they are considering crude bans.
