The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/economy\/world-powers-dismantle-russias-economy-whats-hitting-putin-hardest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruble dropped<\/a> over 20% in the past week, with $1 equal to 124 RUB. The law only allows for seizure if the sum of deposits exceeded declared incomes over three years as proof of &#8220;illegal&#8221; funds.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>And China\u2019s agriculture minister reported over the weekend that the recent winter wheat harvest could be the &#8220;worst in history,&#8221; providing further justification to buy from Russia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/politics\/russian-businessman-puts-up-1-million-bounty-for-arrest-of-vladimir-putin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>RUSSIAN BUSINESSMAN PUTS UP $1 MILLION BOUNTY FOR ARREST OF VLADIMIR PUTIN<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Tang Renjian said rare heavy rainfall last year delayed the planting of about one-third of the normal wheat supply, leading to a roughly 20% shortage in crop yield.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The shortage, coupled with the war between Russia and Ukraine, which together produce roughly 29% of global wheat exports, could see wheat prices surge past the already incredible 14-year high, Reuters reported. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/foxbusiness.onelink.me\/Zkcx?pid=AppArticleLink&#038;af_dp=foxbusinesssaf%3A%2F%2F&#038;af_web_dp=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.foxbusiness.com%2Fapps-products\" target=\"_blank\" id=\"LPlnk941673\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><u>GET FOX BUSINESS ON THE GO BY CLICKING HERE<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The shortage could create food security issues for China, driving it to buy wheat from Russia.
