He denied any wrongdoing, and in the suit the rocker claims that Wood \u201ccreated a fictitious email account to manufacture purported evidence that Warner was emailing illicit pornography.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWe\u2019re filing this now because we have been able to gather an overwhelming trove of evidence \u2013 including both documents and witness statements \u2013 which proves that the stories that Evan Rachel Wood and her co-conspirator Illma Gore have been falsifying and spreading are both vindictive and demonstrably untrue,\u201d Warner\u2019s main attorney Howard King told Deadline.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt\u2019s incredibly important to differentiate between the character of \u2018Marilyn Manson\u2019 and the man Brian Warner,\u201d he continued. \u201cWood\u2019s claims may resonate because of the intentionally \u2018shocking\u2019 character of \u2018Marilyn Manson\u2019 but they simply do not reflect the truth. The manufactured facts these conspirators scripted a decade after the event never happened.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Among other abuse allegations, Wood claims Warner \u201cessentially raped\u201d her during a music video shoot in 2007 for the song \u201cHeart-Shaped Glasses (When The Heart Guides The Hand).\u201d <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/evan-rachel-wood-claims-marilyn-manson-essentially-raped-her-during-music-video-shoot\"><span>This incident<\/span><\/a><span> and others were explored in the documentary project \u201cPhoenix Rising,\u201d which premiered at Sundance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWe had discussed a simulated sex scene, but once the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real. I had never agreed to that. I\u2019m a professional actress, I have been doing this my whole life, I\u2019d never been on a set that unprofessional in my life up until this day. It was complete chaos, and I did not feel safe. No one was looking after me,\u201d the \u201cWestworld\u201d actress said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt was a really traumatizing experience filming the video,\u201d she continued. \u201cI didn\u2019t know how to advocate for myself or know how to say no because I had been conditioned and trained to never talk back\u2014to just soldier through.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI felt disgusting and like I had done something shameful, and I could tell that the crew was very uncomfortable and nobody knew what to do,\u201d Wood said. \u201cI was coerced into a commercial sex act under false pretenses. That\u2019s when the first crime was committed against me and I was essentially raped on camera.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Wood had initially said her former partner began grooming her as a teenager and then \u201chorrifically abused\u201d her for years.
