Lindsey Graham, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowski, who previously voted to confirm her to the U.S. Court of Appeals. The 51-year-old has years of judicial experience but the right shouldn\u2019t rush to accept her career, which is littered with radical rulings, as proof that she deserves to sit on the highest court in the land. <\/p>\n<p>Even before she was a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit \u2014 where she repeatedly justified actions against former President Donald Trump using the <a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/case\/comm-on-judiciary-v-mcgahn\">Russian collusion hoax<\/a> \u2014 Jackson worked as an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.judiciary.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/Jackson%20Senate%20Questionnaire%20Public%20Final.pdf\">openly leftist attorney<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/realitycheck\/the-press-office\/president-obama-nominates-ketanji-brown-jackson-us-sentencing-commission\">Obama appointee<\/a>\u00a0to the U.S. Sentencing Commission, where she was committed to forwarding the leftist agenda. <\/p>\n<p>More than two decades ago, the Breyer apprentice\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/casetext.com\/case\/mcguire-v-reilly-7\">penned<\/a>\u00a0an amicus\u00a0brief for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/05\/08\/facebook-is-doing-planned-parenthoods-bidding-in-banning-pro-life-group-lifesitenews\/\">National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL)<\/a>, and other organizations that kill babies in the womb, in support of a Democrat-backed law that prevented pro-life protesters from congregating outside abortion facilities. This is not only a record of abortion extremism but also shows a record of hostility to the First Amendment, which protects free speech.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson\u2019s history is completely antithetical to the values of the majority of Republican voters and the Constitution all judges swear to uphold. Yet corporate media outlets who <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/09\/22\/media-will-try-to-personally-destroy-trump-nominee-just-like-kavanaugh\/\">cheered on the Democrats\u2019 despicable treatment<\/a> of former President Donald Trump\u2019s nominees during their confirmations are now demanding the GOP play nice and vote Jackson onto the court despite their below-belt tactics and refusal to vote for Republican nominees. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cRepublicans have already started attacking Biden\u2019s Supreme Court nominee,\u201d Forbes complained on Sunday. Circuit Court judge as \u201cradical.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/jxb7RMaxMS\">pic.twitter.com\/jxb7RMaxMS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Forbes (@Forbes) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Forbes\/status\/1498183686973366272?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 28, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The corrupt press has also latched onto the Biden administration\u2019s rhetoric and painted Jackson\u2019s confirmation as necessary because it\u2019s \u201chistoric.\u201d To back up their claims, several outlets are pushing endorsements from \u201cconservatives\u201d who minimize Jackson\u2019s leftist ties and overlook her other endorsements from radical pro-abortion, pro-LGBT, anti-religious liberty activist groups including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/civilrights.org\/resource\/support-the-confirmation-of-ketanji-brown-jackson-to-the-u-s-court-of-appeals-for-the-district-of-columbia-circuit\/\">The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights<\/a>, which is composed of extremist organizations including the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/08\/24\/rnc-denounces-splc-as-radical-organization-that-inspired-shooting-at-conservative-organization-eight-years-ago\/\">radical Southern Poverty Law Center<\/a>, the increasingly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/06\/07\/internal-divisions-plague-the-aclu-as-leftist-activism-trumps-free-speech-advocacy\/\">anti-free-speech American Civil Liberties Union<\/a>, and Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n<p>CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/02\/28\/politics\/jackson-luttig-endorsement\/index.html\">reported<\/a> on Monday that a \u201cprominent conservative judge who advised [former Vice President Mike] Pence on the 2020 election endorses Biden\u2019s Supreme Court nominee\u201d was one of the figures Republicans should look to <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn a\u00a0statement obtained exclusively by CNN, retired federal Judge J. Michael Luttig, considered a luminary in conservative legal circles, enthusiastically endorsed Jackson, describing her as a candidate who is \u2019eminently qualified to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States,&#8217;\u201d CNN amplified. <\/p>\n<p>Axios reported on Sunday that retired Bush appointee Judge Thomas R. Griffith endorsed Jackson in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/ketanji-brown-jackson-republican-judge-endorsement-8f0b0714-c36e-43de-9ee9-4a7ccdb0ee1b.html\">a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Despite whining and wailing from the biased bad actors who work in American media, Republican senators need not be frightened away from voicing concerns about Jackson due to allegations of \u201cracism,\u201d claims that she is extremely \u201cqualified\u201d for the position, and even speculations that she\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/jason-rantz-scotus-ketanji-brown-jackson\">\u201csuper likable.\u201d<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Several Republican senators have made intentional statements pledging to keep Jackson\u2019s confirmation vetting process clear of political schemes and dirty tricks like the ones Democrats manufactured against <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/10\/22\/amy-coney-barrett-will-be-confirmed-because-kavanaugh-battle-taught-gop-to-stop-getting-played-by-democrat-dirty-tricks\/\">Brett Kavanaugh<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/10\/14\/amy-coney-barrett-denounces-vile-attacks-on-her-adopted-children\/\">Amy Coney Barrett<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust like any nomination that comes before us, we\u2019re going to take Judge Jackson\u2019s nomination and we\u2019re going to vet it properly as we should, and then we\u2019re going to have this open hearing,\u201d Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/ketanji-brown-jackson-supreme-court-kavanaugh-grassley-biden\">said on Fox News<\/a> this week. \u201c\u2026I can assure you of one thing: we\u2019re not going to have a comedy and a tragedy like the Democrats demonstrated to [Brett] Kavanaugh. We\u2019re going to be very forthright in our questioning, but we\u2019re going to be polite and we\u2019re not going to get down in the gutter like they did with Kavanaugh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sen. Ted Cruz also promised to treat Jackson with \u201cdignity and decorum\u201d despite \u201cprevious judicial confirmation processes with vicious personal smears and unfounded accusations.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile I previously voted against confirming Judge Jackson to her current position on the D.C. Circuit, I will engage in careful consideration of her nomination. I will closely scrutinize her record, as I firmly believe that justices must hold fidelity to the Constitution and the proper role of a judge\u2014that of an impartial jurist, not a robed partisan,\u201d the Texan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cruz.senate.gov\/newsroom\/press-releases\/sen-cruz-issues-statement-on-the-nomination-of-ketanji-brown-jackson-to-the-supreme-court\">wrote in a statement. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>The truth is, Republican senators don\u2019t need to rely on someone to come forward with false sexual assault allegations at the last minute to oppose Jackson\u2019s confirmation. Her track record alone is cause for concern. It shows she is not fit to be on the Supreme Court because she fails in the most important qualification for that post: fidelity to the U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>Conservative senators can be \u201cpolite\u201d when they vet Jackson, but that doesn\u2019t mean they should vote to confirm her. Jackson clearly doesn\u2019t uphold the values and accurate constitutional interpretation that Republican voters prioritize. Instead, she has committed to being a career leftist who is pro-abortion, <a href=\"https:\/\/americanaccountabilityfoundation.us1.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=36ed995dceb2ab02cc276775a&#038;id=1ba4c82b8a&#038;e=11c703e10a\">pro-criminal release<\/a>, and anti-religious liberty.
