Party-wise, 85 percent of Republicans and 38 percent of Democrats answered this way, <em>The Hill<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/administration\/595919-62-percent-of-voters-say-putin-wouldnt-have-invaded-ukraine-if-trump\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\">\n<p>Trump himself on Tuesday <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/trump-slams-bidens-handling-of-putin-ukraine\">went public with harsh criticism of the Biden administration<\/a>, saying that this would never have happened on his watch. <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\">\n<p>&#8220;If properly handled, there was absolutely no reason that the situation currently happening in Ukraine should have happened at all,&#8221; the former commander-in-chief said, slamming President Joe Biden&#8217;s handling of the conflict.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\">\n<p>&#8220;I know Vladimir Putin very well, and he would have never done during the Trump Administration what he is doing now, no way!&#8221; Trump wrote.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\"><\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\">\n<p>59 percent of those polled said that they considered <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/biden-shared-ukraine-intel-with-china-to-prevent-invasion-china-then-shared-intel-with-russia\">the Biden administration&#8217;s apparent weakness<\/a> a factor in Putin&#8217;s decision to make a move on neighboring Ukraine, while 41 percent said it didn&#8217;t factor into the decision-making process.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\">\n<p>So far, the Biden administration has <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/breaking-biden-imposes-sanctions-on-russian-banks-elites-and-their-families-in-response-to-ukraine-invasion\">imposed sanctions on Russia&#8217;s elites<\/a> and plans to train Ukrainian troops &#8220;remotely,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/tom-cotton-slams-biden-ukraine\">a move critics have lambasted<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-123b907a=\"\">\n<p>The survey, an online sample drawn from the Harris Panel and weighted to reflect known demographics, was conducted between Feb. 23 and Feb. 24. A total of 2,026 registered voters participated.
