Meanwhile, in October 2021, an illegal alien\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/18\/illegal-alien-accused-shaking-three-month-old-unconcious\/\">was charged<\/a>\u00a0with shaking a baby unconscious. Another illegal alien, in May 2021, was convicted and sentenced to five years in prison\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/05\/02\/sanctuary-state-illegal-alien-gets-five-years-prison-killing-24-year-old\/\">for killing<\/a>\u00a024-year-old Frankie Hensley.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>John Binder is a reporter for Breitbart News.
