Authorities there had arrested 191 people and filed 389 charges,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/OttawaPolice\/status\/1495494008260509696\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">police announced<\/a>\u00a0mid-afternoon Sunday.
