vehicle agency, which is responsible for approving\u00a0vehicle use<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>across Europe, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Tesla and the KBA did not immediately respond to a CNBC request for comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"group\">\n<p>Tesla&#8217;s automated driving technology is facing increasing scrutiny around the world following a series of fatal accidents.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in the U.S. launched its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/world-news\/2022\/02\/17\/tesla-investigated-cars-phantom-breaking-high-speeds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second probe<\/a> into a potential Autopilot fault after users complained of &#8220;phantom breaking&#8221;
