Hillary Clinton responded to the claims on Wednesday, brushing it off as media spin.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>American Interest: <\/b><span>A <\/span><span>recent poll showed that 66% of Democrats who have been following the story want to see further investigations. Among all groups, that number is about 75%.&nbsp;<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The main question for legacy media today is whether they can continue on their current track and maintain the confidence of the American people. This could be a violent event that Russia will blame on Ukraine, or an outrageous accusation that Russia will level against the Ukrainian Government. We don\u2019t know exactly the form it will take. It could be a fabricated so-called \u2018terrorist\u2019 bombing inside Russia, the invented discovery of a mass grave, a staged drone strike against civilians, or a fake \u2013 even a real \u2013 attack using chemical weapons.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u2013 Secretary Of State Antony Blinken<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Situation<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span>Russia claims they\u2019ve decreased their troop numbers along the Ukrainian border, but the Biden administration <\/span><span>says<\/span><span> there\u2019s no evidence of that. Instead, the administration <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AP\/status\/1494366451347730439?utm_campaign=morning_wire&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=housefile\">says<\/a> it still believes Russia could attack any day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke to the United Nations Security Council on Thursday, calling Russia\u2019s looming aggression against Ukraine the most immediate threat to peace and security. He said groups like the U.N. must acknowledge the broad threat of Russian military aggression, and address Russia\u2019s actions. He also <\/span><span>said<\/span><span> Russia\u2019s claim that a drawdown in troops had occurred was likely false.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Blinken openly discussed the subject of Russia looking for an excuse to invade \u2014 potentially using a false-flag operation.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>To that point, Russian media outlets claimed that Ukrainian armed forces fired mortar shells on Russian-backed areas of Ukraine, while a few days ago, Putin repeated a baseless claim that a genocide was being carried out in eastern Ukraine against ethnic Russians.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Blinken also said the Biden administration would be glad to be proven wrong if Russia didn\u2019t attack. The data comes from ten large cities. The highest rate was in the first week of December, which reached 41%, but it dipped again during the Omicron surge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In the first week of February, movie theater attendance was at 58% of baseline pre-pandemic numbers, per a Kastle analysis. Restaurants were almost three-quarters of the way back to baseline. Air travel is almost at 80%, and attendance at NBA games is up to 93% of what it was in February of 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Businesses seem to be following suit, as well. Walt Disney World and Disneyland \u2013 in Florida and California \u2013 are mostly <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/alisondurkee\/2022\/02\/15\/disney-world-and-disneyland-ditch-mask-mandate-for-vaccinated-guests\/?sh=28c51e75790b\"><span>dropping<\/span><\/a><span> their mask mandates for vaccinated visitors.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>As for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.disneytouristblog.com\/disney-world-ending-indoor-face-mask-rules-2022\/\"><span>capacity<\/span><\/a><span> at the parks, on Disney\u2019s most recent earnings call, CEO Bob Chapek suggested the main<\/span> <span>reason Walt Disney World wasn\u2019t back to 100% capacity was because of worker shortages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Governments<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span>Most cities and states are starting to loosen their restrictions. For example, L.A. County is dropping its outdoor<\/span> <span>mask mandate this week, which most cities never imposed in the first place. Washington, D.C., Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware loosened their COVID restrictions recently, as well. Texas has sued the CDC over its mask mandate for airports and airplanes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>On Wednesday, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/cdc-loosen-mask-guidance-early-week-covid-case\/story?id=82929192\"><span>said<\/span><\/a><span>, \u201cWe want to give people a break from things like mask wearing when these metrics are better, and then have the ability to reach for them again should things worsen. Brown, a social justice activist, is accused of attempting to murder Democratic mayoral candidate Craig Greenberg. Both Brown and Greenberg have called for gun control measures in the past.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Pro-Life Law<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span>The Arizona state Senate <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/arizona-senate-passes-bill-to-ban-abortions-after-15-weeks\"><span>passed<\/span><\/a><span> legislation on Tuesday that would ban abortions in the state after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
