This recreation was made by the family\/reps. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/alaGH7KCaj\">pic.twitter.com\/alaGH7KCaj<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Cathy Russon (@cathyrusson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cathyrusson\/status\/1493652692509466624?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 15, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The footage shows a man, presumably <em>Rust<\/em> assistant director David Halls, handing a firearm to Baldwin, who then puts it inside his coat pocket and takes a seat a pew inside the church.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The video then pans over to four masked crew members gathered around a camera that is facing Baldwin.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the actor can be seen suddenly pulling the firearm from his coat, pointing it in the direction of the crew members, and pulling the trigger, sending Hutchins stumbling back, and injuring the film\u2019s director,&nbsp;Joel Souza.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_19907170\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-15-at-2.03.22-PM-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19907170\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Screen-Shot-2022-02-15-at-2.03.22-PM-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"557\" height=\"332\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Video recreation of the shooting on \u201cRust\u201d movie set.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The crew members are then seen gathering around&nbsp;Hutchins, helping her to the ground between the aisle of the church pews.<\/p>\n<p>A longer video played by&nbsp;Hutchins\u2019 lawyers during a press conference on Tuesday shows&nbsp;a&nbsp;harrowing moment depicting the bullet searing through the&nbsp;cinematographer\u2019s chest, causing what appears to be internal bleeding, before exiting her body and hitting&nbsp;Souza.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are many people culpable, but Mr. Baldwin was the person holding the weapon that, but for him shooting it, she would not have died. So clearly he has a significant portion of the liability, but there are others,\u201d Hutchins\u2019 family lawyer Brian Panish said at the press conference.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p><em><strong>Watch Below:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cThe lawsuit names Alec Baldwin and others, who are responsible for the safety on the set, and whose reckless behavior and cost-cutting led to the senseless and tragic death of&nbsp;Halyna Hutchins,\u201d&nbsp;Panish said.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit also accuses&nbsp;<em>Rust<\/em> armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed of being unqualified for the job, the film\u2019s assistant director Dave Halls, who told&nbsp;an investigator that he did not check all of the rounds in the gun before handing it to Baldwin, and&nbsp;Seth Kenney, who supplied guns and ammunition for the film, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/02\/15\/movies\/rust-lawsuit-halyna-hutchins.html\">reports<\/a> <em>New York Times<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think it\u2019s clear what happened,\u201d the&nbsp;Hutchins family lawyer added. \u201c[Baldwin] had the gun, he says he pulled the hammer back, it fired, and she was killed.
