Psaki pointed \u201cany questions about this\u201d to the DOJ, as Jean-Pierre had done earlier in the week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heinrich followed up by asking if \u201cwhat was described in the filing\u201d regarding \u201cmonitoring internet traffic \u2026 considered along the lines of spying.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Psaki again pointed Fox News \u201cto the Department of Justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Special Counsel John Durham released a <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.dcd.235638\/gov.uscourts.dcd.235638.35.0_1.pdf\">report<\/a>&nbsp;Friday accusing Democratic lawyer Michael Sussmann \u2013 who has ties to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/02\/14\/trump-clinton-fbi-russia-collusion-durham\/\">Hillary Clinton\u2019s<\/a> 2016 campaign \u2013 of <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/17\/hillary-clinton-lawyer-dnc-michael-sussman-lying-fbi-durham-probe-robert-mueller-trump-russia-collusion\/\">lying<\/a> during a 2016 meeting with the FBI surrounding alleged links between the Trump organization and Russia.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>\u201cThe Indictment alleges that the defendant lied in that meeting, falsely stating to the General Counsel that he was not providing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client,\u201d the court filing reads. \u201cIn fact, the defendant had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including (i) a technology executive (\u201cTech Executive-1\u201d) at a U.S.-based Internet company (\u201cInternet Company- 1\u201d), and (ii) the Clinton Campaign.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Sussmann has denied wrongdoing, The Hill <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/regulation\/court-battles\/594126-durham-alleges-cyber-analysts-exploited-access-to-trump-white-house\">reported<\/a>. Records of Sussmann\u2019s billing history show he \u201crepeatedly\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/02\/15\/daily-mail-confronts-hillary-clinton-spied-trump-campaign\/\">charged<\/a> the Clinton Campaign for work regarding the \u201cRussian Bank-1\u201d allegations, according to Durham.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>\u201cThe defendant\u2019s billing records reflect that the defendant repeatedly billed the Clinton Campaign for his work on the Russian Bank-1 allegations. In compiling and disseminating these allegations, the defendant and Tech Executive-1 also had met and communicated with another law partner at Law Firm-1 who was then serving as General Counsel to the Clinton Campaign (\u201cCampaign Lawyer-1\u201d),\u201d the court filing reads.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Durham also alleges that Sussmann met with the CIA in 2017 and offered up computer data that purportedly sought to link Trump and Russia. The data, which hasn\u2019t been backed up by evidence according to the prosecutor, was allegedly obtained by a tech executive who \u201cexploited his arrangement \u2026 for the purpose of gathering derogatory information\u201d about Trump, Durham said.<\/p>\n<p>Heinrich pressed the administration on the Durham allegations <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/02\/14\/karine-jean-pierre-dodges-questions-durham-report-hillary-clinton\/\">Monday<\/a>, asking multiple questions about the report.&nbsp;Jean-Pierre repeatedly deflected the probe, directing Heinrich\u2019s questions to the DOJ. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/02\/14\/jim-jordan-democrats-trump-spying-durham-clinton-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: \u2018As Wrong As It Gets\u2019: Rep.
