That is a very small share of the 150,000 migrants who live in the Kansas City metro area, according to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newamericaneconomy.org\/city\/kansas-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an estimate<\/a> by the pro-migration American Immigration Council.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHundreds\u201d of&nbsp; people protested in Washington D.C. while waving Mexican and Honduran flags,&nbsp;according to pro-migration activist&nbsp;Erika Andiola:<\/p>\n<p>The protestors called for amnesties and a \u201cpath to citizenship\u201d although most politicians reluctantly recognize that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/15\/bidens-economic-strategy-spikes-public-opposition-to-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">public strongly opposes<\/a> labor migration.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hundreds of immigrants gathered at the White House on this <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/DayWithoutImmigrants?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#DayWithoutImmigrants<\/a> action. Thousands more will be joining local rallies around the country. This is just the beginning \u270a\ud83c\udffd.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcf8by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PabloReports?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@PabloReports<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/HLcJBILjxx\">pic.twitter.com\/HLcJBILjxx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Erika Andiola (@ErikaAndiola) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ErikaAndiola\/status\/1493268211504058368?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 14, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In Houston, organizers claimed \u201cbetween 2,000 to 3,000 people attended the local event on Monday,\u201d said <a href=\"https:\/\/abc13.com\/a-day-without-immigrants-houston-immigrant-families-immigration-refrom-protest\/11565385\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABC13.com<\/a>. which quoted one of the organizers:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe idea is that folks take time off of school and work in order to bring attention to the plight of immigrants,\u201d said Cesar Espinosa of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fielhouston.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">FIEL Houston<\/a>. \u201cWe want to show that immigrants make a vital part of our economy and society.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Roughly 1.7 million migrants live in the Houston metro area, according to the American Immigration Council.<\/p>\n<p>Seven people <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/argus512512\/status\/1493296248878686208?s=20&amp;t=SqoqDDS8wAUNVcTGOzV-kA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protested<\/a> in Boston, Mass. Ten people protested at the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sumzzzie\/status\/1493318313719447552?s=20&amp;t=SqoqDDS8wAUNVcTGOzV-kA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bay bridge<\/a> in San Francisco. Perhaps two hundred protested in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sumzzzie\/status\/1493318313719447552?s=20&amp;t=SqoqDDS8wAUNVcTGOzV-kA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York<\/a>. A hundred or more protested in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/sumzzzie\/status\/1493342391457107968?s=20&amp;t=SqoqDDS8wAUNVcTGOzV-kA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">San Francisco<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Illegal migrants argued that they are needed by Americans as if Americnas cannot do the migrants\u2019 jobs or develop machines that can do the migrants\u2019 work.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cIf it wasn\u2019t for us, what would this country be?\u201d Monica&nbsp;Valdivia <a href=\"https:\/\/abc30.com\/day-without-immigrants-fresno\/11564868\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> Action News in Fresno, California.<\/p>\n<p>In Utah\u2019s Salt Lake City, protesters \u201cwaved Mexican flags and handmade signs that read \u2018Citizenship now\u2019 [and] one protester held a banner that read, \u2018America runs on immigrants.&#8217;\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sltrib.com\/news\/politics\/2022\/02\/14\/utah-immigrants-skip-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to the <em>Salt Lake Tribune.<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<div id=\"attachment_19900018\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/media.breitbart.com\/media\/2022\/02\/GettyImages-1238481665.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-19900018\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/GettyImages-1238481665-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>View of a sign reading Humane Migratory Reform Now during a protest against U.S. migration policies in Playas de Tijuana, Baja California state, Mexico, on February 14, 2022. Instead, they have been used by employers to help push many millions of hard-working Americans out of jobs and decent wages. The inflow of hard-working illegals has greatly reduced the share of Americans who have jobs and has allowed employers to convert payroll for Americans into profits and stock market value for investors.<\/p>\n<p>The immigration council estimates that almost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newamericaneconomy.org\/city\/philadelphia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">700,000 migrants<\/a> live in the Philadelphia area. But just fifty people turned out in Philadelphia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inquirer.com\/news\/pennsylvania\/day-without-immigrants-reform-valentines-love-park-20220214.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to the <em>Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em>.&nbsp; \u201cThe question is whether 11 million immigrants in the U.S. deserve the same love as [citizens] everyone else,\u201d said&nbsp;Maria Serna, an organizer of the rally.<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. constitution provides citizens with unique rights and obligations and does not extend all of those rights to foreigners or to illegal migrants. This focus on fellow national citizens allows a democratic community of mutual obligation and respect, and such national political entities are the norm throughout the world.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The national democratic political structures, however, are denounced by U.S. progressives who hate the legal enforcement of national borders even as they also insist on tight legal enforcement to prevent theft of their property or dilution of their trademarked college credentials.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_19900034\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/media.breitbart.com\/media\/2022\/02\/GettyImages-1238478527.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-19900034\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/GettyImages-1238478527-1024x683-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"660\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Demonstrators gather to call for immigration reform at Lafayette Square near the White House in Washington, DC, on February 14, 2022. (NICHOLAS KAMM\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The quasi-religious hate of the pro-migration progressives is exemplified by Jia Lynn Yang, the top editor for domestic news&nbsp; at the&nbsp;<em>New York Times,<\/em>&nbsp;and the progressive author of a 2020 pro-migration book, titled \u201cOne Mighty and Irresistible Tide\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Set against all the sins of America\u2019s past \u2014 from slavery to the removal and genocide of American Indians \u2014 the arrival of open-hearted immigrants, grateful for a chance at a new life on our shores serves as a constant renewal of hope in the American project. If there is salvation for this country, it very well may lie in the underlying gratitude of a refugee whose life has been saved by the granting of a visa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Many illegals work for low wages in the nation\u2019s restaurant industries, so their employers recognize the economic incentives to campaign for amnesties. CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/thetwo-way\/2017\/02\/16\/515555428\/a-day-without-immigrants-promises-a-national-strike-thursday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;on February 16:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>chef and entrepreneur&nbsp;Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s told NPR&nbsp;this week, \u201cIt was a very easy decision\u201d to close his restaurants in Washington, D.C., saying he wants to support his employees who had planned not to work Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrity chef Rick Bayless, who\u2019s famous for popularizing the complex flavors of Mexico\u2019s cuisine,&nbsp;says he closed&nbsp;four Chicago restaurants for the day out of respect for his staff\u2019s vote.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>NPR reported on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/thetwo-way\/2017\/02\/16\/515555428\/a-day-without-immigrants-promises-a-national-strike-thursday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">other D.C. employers<\/a> who back their illegal-migrant labor:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ahmad Erfani, who was born in Iran and grew up in France, says he\u2019s closing his bakery, Le Caprice. \u201cMostly the people who work here are immigrants. We spoke with them, they thought it\u2019s good for solidarity with the others to not work,\u201d he tells&nbsp;member station WAMU.<\/p>\n<p>Erfani added, \u201cThey are hard workers. I am not happy when I see they are not very happy these days, because it is difficult. They work hard, they come here six in the morning. It is not very comfortable for us.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The<em> Salt Lake City Tribune<\/em> reported:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"body-raw\">Cresencio Pacheco said he missed work at his construction job to attend the protest. \u201cI\u2019ve only lived in the country for a little bit, but I\u2019ve come to realize the importance of immigrants, of illegal immigrants, particularly those who pay taxes year after year,\u201d he said in Spanish.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-raw\">Pacheco attended the protest with his co-workers and his employer, who allowed him to miss work for the day to advocate for immigrant rights.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-raw\">Pacheco\u2019s employer, Craig Munford, who owns a construction company, Clearcut Building Solutions, was also in attendance. He said, for years, he\u2019s seen some of his employees or their family members be deeply impacted by the lack of a path to citizenship.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The vast majority of illegal migrants \u2014 at least 9 million \u2014 worked through the claimed strike because they are poor, desperate, and diligent. On February 7, Reuters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/02\/08\/reuters-biden-delivers-latino-child-labor-slaughterhouses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">described<\/a> one of the migrants who was delivered to a slaughterhouse by the tactic alliance of coyotes, progressives, cartels, and President Joe Biden\u2019s federal agencies:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>At age 16, when most kids in the United States are halfway through high school, Amelia Domingo found herself working on chicken processing machines in this farm town and deep in debt to loan sharks in her native Guatemala.<\/p>\n<p>After borrowing $10,000 for smugglers to get her through Mexico, Amelia crossed into Arizona last February and turned herself over to [Customs and Border Protection] immigration officials. They led her, she said, from a crowded border facility to a shelter for unaccompanied minors. After about a month, officials from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, which oversees shelters for migrant children,&nbsp;released her to a sister here in Alabama.<\/p>\n[\u2026]\n<p>One day, she said, she hopes to return to Guatemala. First, though, she must continue wiring most of her wages home, where her parents pay off the loan sharks and what she said is a dizzying interest rate of 10% per month. She\u2019ll return, she said, \u201cif I ever have the means.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Legal migrants worked during the claimed strike.&nbsp;\u201cWe support the rally, but, like a business, we have to be open,\u201d said Juan Carlos Romero, told the <em>Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em>. He heads the local Mexican Business Association.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This song by Alabama-based rapero href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PabloReports\/status\/1493415182349053954?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 15, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The claimed protests were touted by the pro-migration editors at the Google advertising company:<\/p>\n<p>Migration moves money, and since at least 1990, the federal government has tried to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extract<\/a>&nbsp;people from poor countries so they can serve U.S. investors as cheap workers, government-aided consumers, and high-density renters in the U.S. economy.<\/p>\n<p>That&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic<\/a>&nbsp;strategy&nbsp;has&nbsp;no stopping&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/20\/gop-donors-economist-immigration-can-offset-foreign-trade-risks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">point<\/a>, and it is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a>&nbsp;opportunities and their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wages<\/a>&nbsp;while it also raises their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">housing costs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction migration also curbs Americans\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, shrinks their political&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&amp;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">clout<\/a>, and widens the regional wealth&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a>&nbsp;between the Democrats\u2019 coastal states and the Republicans\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/01\/10\/former-steeltown-seeks-afghans-to-replace-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Heartland<\/a>&nbsp;states.<\/p>\n<p>An economy built on extraction migration also&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a>&nbsp;Americans\u2019 democratic, compromise-promoting civic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&amp;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&amp;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture<\/a>&nbsp;and allows wealthy elites to ignore&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diseases_of_despair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">despairing Americans<\/a>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JorgeAl49986803\/status\/1439791277571145737?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">bottom of society<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/03\/30\/harvard-harris-poll-5-in-6-americans-want-to-end-immigration-from-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wide<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/01\/14\/poll-americans-want-companies-hire-americans-before-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a>&nbsp;of little-publicized <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/04\/13\/ipsos-poll-nearly-8-in-10-americans-want-immigration-moratorium-for-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polls<\/a>&nbsp;do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/08\/05\/poll-swing-voters-hugely-oppose-2020-democrats-promising-more-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">show&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/24\/poll-trumps-opponents-applaud-his-jobs-for-americans-immigration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deep<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2017\/01\/31\/poll-shows-public-support-trump-migration-poicy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broad<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/05\/28\/business-poll-backfires-shows-public-wants-less-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opposition<\/a>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/11\/16\/exit-polls-3-in-4-voters-want-less-immigration-during-and-after-pandemic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labor migration<\/a>&nbsp;and the inflow of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/08\/06\/ipsos-poll-public-opposes-migrant-workers-by-21\/\"
