There were only 40 percent who said they approved of Biden\u2019s job performance, with ten percent saying they were undecided.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Biden\u2019s net approval in California is a net negative ten percent.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, the president has gone through a year of bad policies and very few political wins. The majority of Biden\u2019s legislative agenda was stuck in the Senate after barely being passed by the House.<\/p>\n<p>Biden also saw many poll numbers freefalling from where they were a year ago and&nbsp;dealt with consequences from poor decision-making during his presidency, such as&nbsp;a supply chain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/10\/19\/record-breaking-100-ships-anchored-waiting-at-los-angeles-and-long-beach-ports\/\">crisis<\/a>, record-high <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/news\/white-house-braces-for-latest-us-inflation-surge\/\">inflation<\/a>, and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/28\/pentagon-releases-names-of-the-13-service-members-killed-in-kabul-attack\/\">botched<\/a> Afghanistan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/22\/state-department-americans-afghanistan\/\">withdrawal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>In comparison, his&nbsp;job performance has completely flipped since he was inaugurated early last year,&nbsp;on January 20.<\/p>\n<p>On his inauguration day, he had a 61 percent approval rating. At the time, only 30 percent disapproved,&nbsp;with nine percent saying they were undecided.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s net approval in California at the time is a net positive 31 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;CIVIQS rolling job approval average had 165,786 responses <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/5ft7p\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">tracked<\/a> between January 20 and February 12, over one whole year of Biden being in office.
