Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre\u2019s charity in support of victims\u2019 rights.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cPrince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms.Giuffre\u2019s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks. It is known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years,\u201d the statement says. \u201cPrince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others. He pledges to demonstrate his regret for his association with Epstein by supporting the fight against the evils of sex trafficking, and by supporting its victims.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In January, <\/span><span>Buckingham Palace announced that Prince Andrew\u2019s military titles and royal patronages have been returned to the Queen, after the royal <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/prince-andrew-must-face-civil-sex-assault-case-after-judge-rejects-last-ditch-effort-to-dismiss\"><span>failed<\/span><\/a> <span>in his last-ditch effort to have the civil case thrown out.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWith The Queen\u2019s approval and agreement, The Duke of York\u2019s military affiliations and Royal patronages have been returned to The Queen,\u201d Buckingham Palace announced in a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.royal.uk\/statement-buckingham-palace-regarding-duke-york\"><span>statement<\/span><\/a><span>. \u201cThe Duke of York will continue not to undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a private citizen.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Duke of York will also stop using the style \u201cHis Royal Highness\u201d in an official capacity, according to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/uk-59987935\"><span>BBC<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span>Ian Haworth is an Editor and Writer for The Daily Wire.
