Particularly, ICE agents will only be allowed to make traffic stop arrests if they have reasonable suspicion to believe that illegal aliens are in the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>ICE officials will also be required to document the legal basis for each traffic stop arrest of an illegal alien and agents will have to undergo new training measures to comply with the policies.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas, and Kentucky, the settlement allows illegal aliens who were arrested by ICE agents via a traffic stop or without a warrant to seek recourse by being released from federal custody.<\/p>\n<p>The policy is certain to further cripple interior immigration enforcement.<\/p>\n<p>Already, Biden has successfully <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/02\/09\/report-biden-deports-only-27k-illegal-aliens-frees-120k-from-dhs-custody\/\">cut<\/a> arrests and deportations of illegal aliens thanks to his so-called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/30\/biden-dhs-sanctuary-country-criminal-illegal-aliens-deportation\/\">\u201csanctuary country\u201d<\/a> orders that ban ICE from arresting and deporting most of the nation\u2019s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, in the first eight months of Biden\u2019s presidency, DHS deported just 27,000 illegal aliens from the United States \u2014 a 90 percent reduction in deportations compared to fiscal year 2019 when more than 250,000 illegal aliens were deported.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, Biden\u2019s DHS has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/27\/biden-gives-illegal-aliens-protected-areas-where-they-can-evade-arrest\/\">issued<\/a> \u201cprotected areas\u201d where illegal aliens can evade arrest by ICE agents.
