For most of 2020, these violent marauders burned, looted, beat, and destroyed \u2014 much of the time in predominantly black neighborhoods. These monsters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/riots-cost-property-damage-276c9bcc-a455-4067-b06a-66f9db4cea9c.html\">caused<\/a> a record amount of property damage, and much of that property was owned by working people. Oh, and now tens of millions of dollars in Black Lives Matter donations remain *lol* <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/02\/12\/who-is-blms-leader-and-where-are-donations-going-no-one-can-say\/\">unaccounted for<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Freedom Convoy burned, looted, and beat \u2026 nothing and no one. No violence of any kind, just video after video of a block party atmosphere, of everyday people having a good time \u2014 a sight our elites hate even more than themselves.<\/p>\n<p>The Freedom Convoy also did its level best to target their protests at the government. Compare that to the terrorists in Black Lives Matter, who mostly rampaged against business districts and targeted innocent retailers, including mom and pop stores, for total destruction.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>As far as the traffic blocking, let\u2019s look squarely at that\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Would you prefer to deal with a vicious and violent mob swarming your car \u2014 which is how Black Lives Matter blocked traffic \u2014 or a truck just sitting there?<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m not saying the Freedom Convoy isn\u2019t inconveniencing everyday people. Of course it is. The honking, the traffic issues\u2026 But it is peaceful. And guess who else blocked bridges and inconvenienced everyday people? Rev. Martin Luther King. There is a long and glorious history of civil disobedience in Western culture. All the Freedom Convoy is guilty of is proudly picking up that baton and running with it.<\/p>\n<p>Let me add that the Freedom Convoy\u2019s blocking of a crucial bridge between the U.S. and Canada was every bit as strategic and righteous as the Civil Rights protests on Edmund Pettis Bridge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nps.gov\/semo\/learn\/historyculture\/edmund-pettus-bridge.htm\">57 years ago<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And let\u2019s not forget who invented this suddenly-insidious idea of traffic blocking, who normalized traffic blocking as a legitimate form of protest. That was Black Lives Matter, along with their cheerleaders in the organized left, the Democrat party, and the corporate media.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Hey, once something is normalized and accepted as legitimate, why shouldn\u2019t everyone join in?<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s also look at what these respective groups are fighting for\u2026<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>What exactly does Black Lives Matter want? What is their list of demands? There are none.<\/p>\n<p>King wanted equal treatment under the law.<\/p>\n<p>The Freedom Convoy is fighting for the same rights rich celebrities at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/sports\/2022\/02\/13\/watch-celebrities-defy-covid-restrictions-go-maskless-at-super-bowl-lvi\/\">Super Bowl<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/02\/11\/nolte-truckers-should-attend-the-maskless-no-mandate-oscars\/\">Oscars<\/a> enjoy.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Black Lives Matter literally wants you on your knees.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, let\u2019s look at what\u2019s on the line\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Besides upgrading their home entertainment systems, what exactly does Black Lives Matter risk? Nothing. They are almost all professional activists, criminals, and students. What\u2019s more, they can commit the most heinous of crimes, get arrested, and immediately be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/law-and-order\/2020\/09\/23\/report-kamala-harris-promoted-bail-fund-freed-six-domestic-abusers\/\">set loose<\/a> by far-left prosecutors and Kamala Harris\u2019s bail fund.<\/p>\n<p>Compare that to these truckers who are working-class guys with bills to pay, families to feed, and who showed up with their own rigs, which were at risk of government confiscation.
