They\u2019re all part of the new and exciting entertainment division of The Daily Wire.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Fans were surprised to learn of not one, but two new movie releases coming soon to Daily Wire subscribers. During the premiere of the psychological thriller \u201cShut In,\u201d viewers were treated to trailers for a Western drama \u201cTerror on the Prairie\u201d starring Gina Carano (\u201cThe Mandalorian\u201d) and a superhero film called \u201cThe Hyperions\u201d starring Cary Elwes (\u201cThe Princess Bride\u201d).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cShut In\u201d is pulling in rave reviews from fans and critics alike. But instead of basking in the glow of praise, the entertainment team at Daily Wire is busy getting ready for the next hit. \u201cThe Hyperions\u201d will be available to subscribers beginning March 10, 2022.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe Hyperions\u201d tells the story of Professor Ruckus Mandulbaum (Elwes) who invented the Titan badge device that allows humans to have superpowers.<\/span><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p><span>The official synopsis for \u201cThe Hyperions\u201d <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/movieweb.com\/the-hyperions-superhero-comedy-trailer\/\"><span>reads<\/span><\/a><span>: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cFamous, beloved, and endowed with unique superpowers by Professor Ruckus Mandulbaum\u2019s (Elwes) \u2018Titan badges,\u2019 the young trio of superheroes were adored and admired for their courageous, globe hopping actions. But over the years, as egos bruised and resentments developed, the professor replaced the team with newer members. Years later, two of the original teen crime-fighters want their powers restored and they\u2019ll stop at almost nothing to get them back. The Hyperions is a fantastically fun superhero action comedy throwback.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Other stars in \u201cThe Hyperions\u201d include Penelope Mitchell (\u201cHellboy\u201d), Tanner Buchanan (\u201cCobra Kai\u201d), Elaine Tan (\u201cTully\u201d), and Alphonso McAuley (\u201cWalk of Shame\u201d). The film was written, produced, and directed by Jon McDonald (\u201cMuddy Corman\u201d) under his American Millimetre banner.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cDirector John McDonald is a true auteur, and \u2018The Hyperions\u2019 is one of the most original films I\u2019ve seen,\u201d Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing said of the film.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt\u2019s a movie about pride, family, and reconciliation \u2013 values we all share regardless of our politics.
