Metropolitan Police Department shows the gloved hand of Officer Lila Morris picking up a long stick that was lying alongside an unconscious Rosanne Boyland, and then striking the prone woman multiple times. The sound of the stick making contact with Boyland\u2019s body is clearly audible.<\/p>\n<p>After the attack, a protester can be heard screaming: \u201cGuys, stop! We don\u2019t need to do this! We don\u2019t need to do this!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw, Ga., died on Jan. 6 after being trampled by a crowd of protesters trying to escape being gassed by police inside the West Terrace tunnel entrance to the U.S. Capitol.<\/p>\n<p>A variety of videos show Boyland struck by a weapon wielded by a D.C. Metropolitan Police Department officer, later identified as Lila Morris.<\/p>\n<p>The Epoch Times <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/police-beating-of-unconscious-rosanne-boyland-was-objectively-reasonable-department-rules_4267104.html\">reported on Feb. 10<\/a> that the beating of Boyland, who was unconscious at the time, by Morris was deemed to be \u201cobjectively reasonable\u201d after an investigation by the department\u2019s Internal Affairs Bureau.<\/p>\n<p>On the 39-second video, protester Luke Coffee of Dallas wielded an aluminum crutch and held it up in front of officers after Boyland was struck by officer Morris. \u201cStop! Stop!\u201d implored Coffee, who was hit with pepper spray.<\/p>\n<p>A few seconds later, a protester shouted, \u201cYou killed her, [expletive] pigs!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A longer bodycam video clip picked up the dialogue: \u201cWe\u2019ve got a man down here, dying!\u201d someone said. \u201cA man may be dead!\u201d Another person shouted: \u201cA medic! Now!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the far lower right part of the screen, Boyland is seen being given CPR after bystanders moved her away from the police line. Ronald McAbee, a sheriff\u2019s deputy from Williamson County, Tenn., can be seen digging through a backpack, possibly looking for medical supplies.<\/p>\n<p>A group of men carried an unconscious Boyland and set her down directly in front and center of the police line. \u201cShe\u2019s [expletive] dead!\u201d someone shouted. \u201cYou murdered her!\u201d Another added: \u201cShe\u2019s dying! She\u2019s dying!\u201d None of the police officers moved to render aid.<\/p>\n<p>One of the protesters administered CPR to Boyland. \u201cCompression! I need compression!\u201d someone shouted.<\/p>\n<p>Police then grabbed Boyland by the feet and dragged her on her back into the tunnel. Her lips are purple and her skin appears gray. A small amount of blood is visible below her nose. One witness said Morris\u2019 final blow with the stick hit Boyland in the face and caused a nose bleed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s on you, mother[expletive],\u201d an enraged protester shouted at police. \u201cThat\u2019s on you, mother[expletive].
