The 63-year-old actor posted a video update to social media on Monday discussing how weird it was going back on a movie set for the first time since a prop gun he held discharged a live bullet on the set of \u201cRust,\u201d killing the film\u2019s cinematographer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt\u2019s strange to go back to work,\u201d the \u201c30 Rock\u201d alum said in a video he posted from the U.K. set of \u201c97 Minutes,\u201d a low-budget air disaster thriller, Page Six <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/02\/08\/alec-baldwin-is-back-working-after-deadly-rust-shooting\/\"><span>reported<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI haven\u2019t worked since Oct. 21 of last year when this horrible thing happened on the set of this film and we had the accidental death of our cinematographer, Halyna Hutchins,\u201d he continued. \u201cI even still find that hard to say.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The investigation into the death of Hutchins is still ongoing.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cBut I went back to work today for the first time in three and a half months,\u201d he went on before joking that it felt like he had forgotten how to act and \u201cany of this nonsense\u201d making movies over the past few months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cEspecially in independent film, where there are good people \u2014 there are very good people \u2014 but everybody\u2019s chasing all the good people, and a lot of the best ones get gobbled up by projects that have more money,\u201d the actor said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWhen you have a very limited budget, you\u2019re filling positions with people who are \u2026 who are good, but they are probably early in their career. And young. Everybody\u2019s young. But I went back to work today \u2014 it was interesting. Interesting.\u201d&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Baldwin finished by saying, \u201cI miss my kids \u2026 I miss them all. Who knows what the future will bring. I hope good things.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The actor still insists he did not pull the trigger on the firearm that discharged a bullet that hit and killed Hutchins on the set of the movie \u201cRust\u201d in October. And Baldwin then reported having nightmares and PTSD following the \u201cworst situation\u201d he\u2019s ever been in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Around New Year\u2019s, Baldwin revealed that he\u2019s been <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/in-new-video-alec-baldwin-says-hes-seeking-spiritual-guidance\"><span>speaking with spiritual advisors<\/span><\/a><span> who are teaching him how to overcome negativity and \u201cmanage [his] feelings better\u201d so that they won\u2019t \u201cdestroy\u201d him or \u201cget the better\u201d of him. \u201cWe live in a world where there\u2019s just oceans of negativity, online and so forth, and one must find a way to manage that,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Earlier in January, the actor posted a video saying he was fully cooperating with the investigation into the shooting, which ran contrary to rumors that Baldwin was refusing to turn over his cell phone to authorities.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cAny suggestion that I am not complying with requests or orders or demands or search warrants about my phone, that\u2019s bulls***, that\u2019s a lie,\u201d the actor <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/alec-baldwin-posts-video-rant-insists-hes-complying-with-rust-investigation-despite-not-yet-turning-over-cell-phone\"><span>said in a lengthy video<\/span><\/a><span> he recorded in his car and posted to Instagram.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThis is a process where one state makes the request of another state. Someone from another state can\u2019t come to you and say, \u2018Give me your phone. Give me this, give me that.\u2019 They can\u2019t do that. They have to go through the state you live in. That is a process that takes time, they have to specify what exactly they want. They can\u2019t just go through your phone and take your photos or your love letters to your wife, or what have you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>He continued, \u201cWe are one thousand percent going to comply with all that.
