The French president added, Russia is a huge part of Europe and talks are vital.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cI think we can agree on this with President Putin, Russia is European,\u201d said Macron. \u201cHe who believes in Europe must be able to work with Russia to find the ways and means to build the future with Europe and Europeans. Is it an easy task? No. But was Europe built through painless initiatives and with immediate results? No.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Putin also told Macron Russia will undertake every effort to ensure security in Europe and prevent any conflicts moving forward.
