Instead of ignoring the issue and hoping it resolved itself, the 20-year-old singer stopped her performance and enlisted security to pass the struggling audience member an inhaler.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The viral video from the \u201cBad Guy\u201d singer\u2019s Atlanta performance has been making the rounds on social media. In it, Eilish is playing to a packed crowd at the State Farm Arena. During the set, the crowd closest to the stage started getting rowdy and one girl apparently got crushed in the mix, TMZ <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2022\/02\/06\/billie-eilish-stops-concert-give-fan-inhaler-travis-scott-astroworld\/\"><span>reported<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>When Eilish saw the situation develop, she paused her set and took time to help remedy the problem from her perch on stage. While the struggling fan was being assisted, the singer also instructed the crowd to settle down a little.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cYou need an inhaler?\u201d she asked. Next she addressed her crew.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cDo we have an inhaler? Can we just grab one?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cIt\u2019s OK, we got one,\u201d Eilish told the fan, next instructing everyone to, \u201cGive her some time. Don\u2019t crowd.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She added, \u201cYou need to come out or are you OK? Are you sure?\u201d She then mouthed, \u201cI love you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CZn8oViMvMb\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\"><\/blockquote>\n<p><span>The singer also took a thinly veiled shot at rapper Travis Scott. \u201cI wait for people to be okay before I keep going,\u201d she said later in the show, which earned loud cheers from concertgoers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Eilish was seemingly referring to the Astroworld tragedy, which resulted in the death of ten people and serious injuries to dozens more. It happened when a crowd of fans surged toward the stage during Scott\u2019s performance at the \u201cAstroworld\u201d music festival, with fans squeezed together so tightly that they could neither breathe nor move their arms. Victims ranged from ages nine to 27.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Scott is now facing multiple lawsuits in conjunction with the tragedy. The 30-year-old rapper claims he had no idea anyone was in trouble, which is why he kept performing. But some critics point to previous comments Scott made which appeared to celebrate fans getting injured at his shows.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Daily Wire previously <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/travis-scott-had-a-history-of-mocking-injured-concertgoers-before-deadly-astroworld-incident\"><span>reported<\/span><\/a><span> that Scott has a habit of calling the unconscious or injured fans \u201cheroes.\u201d He also publicly celebrated people getting hurt at his shows.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cSHE BROKE HER HAND AND SHE DOESN\u2019T GIVE A F***!!!\u201d one caption of Scott\u2019s posts read. \u201cIT\u2019S NOT A SHOW UNTIL SOMEONE PASS OUT,\u201d another said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Meanwhile, Eilish adores her fans so much she has trouble establishing clear boundaries.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWhen it comes to fans, it\u2019s complicated,\u201d she <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/music\/2021\/jul\/31\/billie-eilish-to-always-try-to-look-good-is-such-a-loss-of-joy-and-freedom\"><span>told<\/span><\/a><span> The Guardian. \u201cI don\u2019t even know where to start. I don\u2019t really know how to keep a boundary. I\u2019ve had such a good relationship with the fans since the beginning, and they have literally been the number one priority for me.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>She continued, talking about how she often thinks of fans like her best friends, but that can backfire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cHalf of me wants to tell the fans everything \u2013 every single thing I think and feel, and every person I meet, and every feeling I have \u2013 because I think of them as like my friends. But at the same time, I also really, really want to live privately. So it\u2019s tough.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Boundaries or not, Eilish is at least concerned with the safety of her fans during performances.<\/p>\n<p><i><span>The Daily Wire\u2019s first original film, Shut In, will be premiering on Thursday, February 10th at 9pm ET on YouTube.
