The broadsheet said that the deposition is expected to be held on March 10th at a \u201cneutral\u201d location in London and will span approximately two days.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mr Boies, an esteemed lawyer based in New York City, told the publication last week: \u201cWe\u2019re looking forward to confronting Prince Andrew with his denials and attempts to blame Ms Giuffre for her own abuse, both at the deposition and the trial.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The high-profile attourney added that&nbsp;Giuffre would be willing to come to an out of court agreement with Prince Andrew but said that it would only be an option if&nbsp;\u201cyou had a settlement that was large enough to be, in effect, a vindication.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Should the Duke of York agree to a settlement, the details of the deposition could still be made public, the paper claimed.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u2018No Further Action\u2019 \u2013 UK Police Drop Jeffery Epstein Sex Probe Against Prince Andrew <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/6vham66AXN\">https:\/\/t.co\/6vham66AXN<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartLondon\/status\/1447611200758554624?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">October 11, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>American attourney, John Burke of the Legis Chambers in London commented that the Duke and is legal team \u201cshould be worried\u201d about the impending deposition as it could open to the door to perjury charges should Andrew contradict his public statements on the matter.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cYou are under oath,\u201d he told the broadsheet. \u201cThat person can ask you anything they want and you remain subject to the pains and penalties of perjury.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not a process designed for people like Prince Andrew because if (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2019\/11\/17\/prince-andrews-epstein-interview-a-plane-crashing-into-an-oil-tanker\/\">the Newsnight interview<\/a>) is how he behaves in a controlled environment, his lawyer should worry about what he would do in this environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey can\u2019t stop it, they can\u2019t unplug the light for the camera. You can only register an objection you can\u2019t actually prevent the question from being asked.
