(YUKI IWAMURA\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Under the new memo, Bragg said commercial robberies committed with a gun \u201cwill be charged as a felony\u201d regardless of if the gun \u201cis operable, loaded, or a realistic imitation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Robberies committed at knifepoint or with another weapon will also be charged as a felony, according to the memo.
