Lance Gooden (R-TX), have issued a plan that seeks to bankrupt non-governmental organizations (NGOs) \u2014 often funded by corporations \u2014 who facilitate illegal immigration into the United States.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Gooden <a href=\"https:\/\/mcusercontent.com\/bad9f5fdbb6d48e3db97b6099\/files\/3455c252-1550-df34-6174-fd302ace7279\/Stop_Federal_Funding_for_Human_Trafficking_and_Smuggling_Act.pdf\">filed<\/a> the \u201cStop Federal Funding for Human Trafficking and Smuggling Act\u201d that would ban federal contracts and grants from going to NGOs unless they can prove that they are not involved in human trafficking and illegal alien smuggling.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Should an NGO be found to have trafficked or smuggled border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior, the federal government would be required to revoke their 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden Administration is working with non-profits, U.S. corporations, and international agencies to operate an illegal immigration network that spans from South America to every community in the United States,\u201d Gooden <a href=\"https:\/\/gooden.house.gov\/press-releases?ID=7B21F43E-BDCA-4D07-8625-3CBA705B5CC5\">said<\/a> in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTaxpayer dollars should not be subsidizing a mass invasion of our country and it is time to put a stop to this corrupt operation,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The legislation comes as a network of corporate-funded NGOs and private contractors working with President Joe Biden\u2019s administration funnel hundreds of thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior via commercial and charter flights and bus services.<\/p>\n<p>Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) president Dan Stein said a number of NGOs \u201chave profited off of exploiting our immigration laws for too long\u201d and that it was \u201clong past time to hold them accountable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has issued an executive order to prevent state licenses from going to NGOs and private contractors who facilitate illegal immigration to the state. In addition, DeSantis has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/10\/ron-desantis-announces-6-proposals-to-crack-down-on-corporations-left-wing-ngos-aiding-illegal-immigration\/\">laid out six<\/a> legislative proposals to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/01\/11\/ron-desantis-agenda-blacklist-companies-facilitating-illegal-immigration-to-florida\/\">blacklist companies<\/a> working with the Biden administration to resettle illegal aliens across Florida.<\/p>\n<p>Former Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA), running for governor in Pennsylvania, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/19\/exclusive-lou-barletta-like-desantis-ill-bus-illegal-aliens-out-pennsylvania-bidens-delaware\/\">has vowed<\/a> to take similar action to ensure that NGOs and private contractors are not doing business with the state while aiding in illegal immigration.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/01\/27\/biden-charters-secret-flights-to-new-york\/\">video footage showed<\/a> private contractor MVM, Inc. helping fly and bus border crossers and illegal aliens to New York suburbs. As Breitbart News noted, top MVM, Inc. executives \u2014 who scored a $136 million federal contract from Biden \u2014 have donated tens of thousands of dollars to Democrats including Sen.
