(TWITTER\/@EVANGELINELILLY\/Marvel Studios)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cI believe nobody should ever be forced to inject their body with anything, against their will,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/01\/27\/ant-man-star-evangeline-lilly-comes-out-hard-against-vax-mandates-this-is-not-safe-this-is-not-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a> in her post. \u201cThis is not the way. This is not safe. This is not healthy. This is not love. I understand the world is in fear, but I don\u2019t believe that answering fear with force will fix our problems.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was pro choice before COVID and I am still pro choice today,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CZPQ4hlLFCl\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lilly\u2019s stance, though, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1318024\/marvels-simu-liu-and-david-dastmalchian-speak-out-after-evangeline-lilly-defends-covid-19-vaccine-stance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">did not<\/a> sit well with David Dastmalchian, who portrayed Kurt in the <i>Ant-Man<\/i> films, e-online noted.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Immediately after Lilly\u2019s Instagram post, Dastmalchian tweeted, \u201cIt\u2019s so unfortunate when people with a large platform use that platform to share irresponsible things,\u201d though he didn\u2019t mention Lilly directly.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s so unfortunate when people with a large platform use that platform to share irresponsible things. \ud83d\ude1e<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 David Dastmalchian (@Dastmalchian) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Dastmalchian\/status\/1486866145474842624?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 28, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Simu Liu, who starred in Marvel\u2019s <i>Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings<\/i> last year, also jumped to Twitter to lament people opposing vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>Also without directly mentioning Lilly\u2019s name, Liu tweeted, \u201cI lost my grandparents to COVID last year. They were still waiting for their vaccines. I\u2019m fortunate to have been double-vaccinated and boosted when I got COVID 2 weeks ago. Felt like a cold.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I lost my grandparents to COVID last year.
