The trio called on Spotify to take \u201creal action\u201d regarding Rogan\u2019s podcast, adding that they do not want their music on the \u201cdangerous\u201d platform.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe support Neil and we agree with him that there is dangerous disinformation being aired on Spotify\u2019s Joe Rogan podcast,\u201d they said in a joint statement posted to Crosby\u2019s Twitter account.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The trio went on to claim that they \u201calways&nbsp;value alternate points of view,\u201d but justified their apparent call for censorship of Rogan\u2019s content by claiming that people being able to listen to his podcast will have \u201cdeadly&nbsp;consequences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile we always alternate points of view,&nbsp;knowingly spreading disinformation during this global pandemic has deadly consequences,\u201d they said.&nbsp;\u201cUntil real action is taken to show that a concern for humanity must be balanced with commerce, we don\u2019t want our music \u2014 or the music we made together \u2014 to be on the same platform.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"und\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/yyhHTQi7fm\">pic.twitter.com\/yyhHTQi7fm<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 David Crosby (@thedavidcrosby) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/thedavidcrosby\/status\/1488946909909688320?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 2, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Crosby, Stills, and Nash, and Young are not alone in their attempts to censor&nbsp;Rogan\u2019s podcast. Singer Joni Mitchell also recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/01\/29\/joni-mitchell-joins-protest-over-joe-rogan-spotify-podcast-i-stand-in-solidarity-with-neil-young\/\">announced<\/a> that she is seeking to remove all of her music from Spotify in solidarity with Young.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe podcast has been accused of spreading \u2018dangerous misinformation,\u2019 specifically about two episodes,\u201d Rogan explained over the weekend. \u201cOne with Dr. Peter&nbsp;McCullough, and one with Dr. Robert Malone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDr. Peter McCullough is a cardiologist, and he is the most-published physician in his field, in history. Dr. Robert Malone owns nine patents on the creation of mRNA vaccine technology, and is at least partially responsible for the creation of the technology that led to&nbsp;mRNA vaccines,\u201d Rogan explained of the two men\u2019s credentials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth these people are very highly credentialed, very intelligent, very accomplished people, and they have an opinion that\u2019s different from the mainstream narrative.
