id=\"ob-read-more-selector\">\n<p>Washington and California have both recently warned Black Lives Matter Global (BLM) to stop accepting donations due to a lack of transparency in their financial accounting, the Washington Examiner reported Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn01.dailycaller.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/556263641-California-Delinquency-Notice.pdf\">letter<\/a> acquired by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/california-threatens-to-hold-blms-leaders-personally-liable-over-missing-financial-records\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington Examiner<\/a>, the California Department of Justice has threatened to hold Black Lives Matter leaders accountable if they do not hand over details regarding the organization\u2019s $60 million it collected in donations within the next 60 days.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">California and Washington \u2014 two deep blue states \u2014 have recently notified Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation to STOP soliciting donations in their state due to serious financial transparency issues.<\/p>\n<p>Media that propped up this org have an 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe organization BLACK LIVES MATTER GLOBAL NETWORK FOUNDATION, INC. is delinquent with The Registry of Charitable Trusts for failing to submit required annual report(s),\u201d a portion of the <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn01.dailycaller.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/556263641-California-Delinquency-Notice.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">letter<\/a> reads. \u201cAn organization that is delinquent, suspended or revoked is not in good standing and is prohibited from engaging in conduct for which registration is required, including soliciting or disbursing charitable funds.\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/09\/17\/black-lives-matter-riots-study-data-princeton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Black Lives Matter Linked To 91% Of Riots Over Three Months, Study Finds)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Washington Secretary of State Corporations and Charities Division sent a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/blm-continues-fundraising-in-washington-despite-immediately-cease-order\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notice<\/a> to the organization in early January warning that its registration with the division has been closed, according to the Examiner.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn01.dailycaller.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/556252671-Washington-Closure-Notice.pdf\">letter<\/a> told the organization to \u201cimmediately cease\u201d all solicitations.<\/p>\n<p>Charity experts sounded off in May 2021 on BLM\u2019s potential self-dealing in regards to their charity donations, The Daily Caller <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/17\/patrisse-cullors-black-lives-matter-california\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>BLM has had no recognized leader in command of its donations since its co-founder <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/11\/blm-black-lives-matter-real-estate-patrisse-cullors-marxism-ucla-graduation-commencement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Patrisse Cullors<\/a> departed in May, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/california-threatens-to-hold-blms-leaders-personally-liable-over-missing-financial-records\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
