(Alex Wong\/Getty)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Garland should now explain himself and his actions, the <em>Post<\/em> continued, declaring:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>This idea has been batted around at least since&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/10\/21\/ag-garland-asked-to-appoint-counsel-to-investigate-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hunter\u2019s smelly art sales surfaced.<\/a>&nbsp;And the drip of damning news has only continued: a former business partner&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/01\/31\/hunter-bidens-former-biz-partners-cooperated-completely-with-feds-in-tax-probe-lawyer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cco-operating completely<\/a>\u201d with the feds; congressional allegations that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/01\/19\/gop-senators-claim-secret-service-hid-hunter-biden-travel-info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the Secret Service improperly redacted records<\/a>&nbsp;relating to Hunter\u2019s travels; news that Hunter\u2019s bank records on his dealings with the Bank of China&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/01\/30\/hunter-biden-and-associates-received-2019-subpoena-over-business-deals-in-china\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">were subpoenaed in May 2019.&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>That is, the feds have been looking at Hunter since the&nbsp;<em>Obama<\/em>&nbsp;administration.
