We will treat them fairly. And if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons because they are being treated so unfairly.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Anchor George Stephanopoulos said, \u201cFormer President Trump is on the campaign trail suggesting he may pardon \u2014 if elected in 2022 \u2014 those part of the January 6th riots.&nbsp;Given that, can you imagine any circumstance where you could support his election?\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Collins said, \u201cWell, we\u2019re a long way from 2024. But let me say this. I do not think the president, President Trump, should have made that pledge to do pardons. We should let the judicial process proceed. January 6 was a dark day in our history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stephanopoulos said,&nbsp;\u201cIt was, and you voted to convict President Trump. Why can\u2019t you rule out supporting him in 2024?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Collins said, \u201cCertainly, it\u2019s not likely given the many other qualified candidates that we have that have expressed interest in running.
