Character, experience, and integrity,\u201d Biden wrote on Twitter. \u201cAnd they will be the first Black woman nominated to the United States Supreme Court.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed this week that Biden had \u201creiterated his commitment to nominating a black woman to the Supreme Court and certainly stands by that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Notable responses included:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ben Shapiro<\/strong>, The Daily Wire: \u201cJoe Biden will nominate a black woman for the Supreme Court because he said he would select someone based on race and sex, and then we will be told that noting that this is definitionally affirmative action and race discrimination is itself racist.\u201d He added, \u201cAlso, there\u2019s a reason Democrats never miss with their SCOTUS picks: they overtly choose wild Leftists. That\u2019s the only real qualification.
