Text in the video identifies them as Russian ice dancers Alexandra Stepanova and Ivan Bukin. Neither he nor his team <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ivan_bukin_\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">have<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/team.stepanovabukin_official\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mentioned<\/a> such a condition on social media.&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/08\/10\/fact-check-tokyo-olympics-closing-ceremony-precision-walking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Does This Video Show Part Of The Tokyo Olympics Closing Ceremony?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The footage appeared in a nearly four-hour video <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kP5tLABbbqg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">posted on YouTube<\/a> by the International Skating Union (ISU), taken at the 2017 ISU World Figure Skating Championships in Helsinki, Finland<span class=\"style-scope yt-formatted-string\" dir=\"auto\">. In the video, Bukin can be seen looking around before the performance and looking up to see the judges\u2019 scores for the pair\u2019s routine after it concludes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Russian Olympic Committee announced Bukin as part of its Beijing 2022 Olympic team on Jan. 20, <a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/en\/news\/roc-figure-skating-team-announcement-olympics-beijing-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a> to the International Olympics Committee.
