When the board does not fall in line with each and every demand, we are accused of ignoring the thoughtful, unbiased, sincere&nbsp;and righteous ultimatums of our community.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Robinson said he preferred to write not as a \u201cmember of a school board,\u201d but, instead, as a \u201cmember of my community who serves on a school board.\u201d He responded to the concept that he works for the taxpayers of his community with the statement:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>No, I don\u2019t work for you. I was elected by people who voted to represent you. It is not the same thing. You may also be surprised to learn every member of a school board is a taxpayer, too. I come from a long line of taxpaying men and women.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Gov. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GlennYoungkin?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@GlennYoungkin<\/a> to Parents: &#8220;We Will Empower You in the Education of Your Children&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/juNZ9TQUlr\">pic.twitter.com\/juNZ9TQUlr<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartNews\/status\/1482494557946363914?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 15, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Presenting a list of grievances in his opinion column, Robinson criticized \u201cdoctors\u201d who offer public comments during school board meetings, but neglect to provide their credentials; parents who threaten school boards with lawsuits; parent \u201cbullies\u201d who threaten to remove their children from school if mask mandates are not ended; and parents who claim they know what is best for their child.<\/p>\n<p>Robinson disagrees with these parents, asserting, \u201cNevertheless, if you are offended because I don\u2019t believe parents are infallible, you can always sue or take your child out of school. Your choice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Robinson states the \u201cmost offensive and vile\u201d of all individuals who comment at board meetings are \u201cthe charlatans who claim health and safety measures are responsible for destroying the mental health of children simply to justify their own social agenda.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are members of this community who tried to draw attention to the warning signs of increasing mental distress among our children long before you ever thought of mental health as a potential cudgel,\u201d he sneered. \u201cTo listen to your repeated distortions of the facts is nauseating.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RonDeSantisFL?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@RonDeSantisFL<\/a>: We Will Not Let Officials &#8220;Intimidate Parents&#8221; in Florida <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mc2u4CD1Lr\">pic.twitter.com\/mc2u4CD1Lr<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartNews\/status\/1466918656676438025?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 3, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThere is only one thing more to share with my fellow citizens who come out to say, \u2018Be a trend setter, be a leader, be on the right side of history and do what I tell you to do!\u2019\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo. I have watched live streams of board meetings numerous times and reviewed the written protests, repeatedly,\u201d he said. \u201cYour voice has been heard.&nbsp;As far as the right side of history is concerned \u2014 I like my odds.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">More bad news for Democrats.
