(Photo by Wesley Hitt\/Getty Images)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBy limiting that transfer time, would limit some of the resale and some of that transfer activity that would happen in advance,\u201d Ellenberger added.<\/p>\n<p>Titans fan Twain Gaines told the station that he hopes the new rule will prevent too many fans sporting Bengals orange from filling Nissan Stadium. \u201cI hope it do work, but even if it don\u2019t it ain\u2019t gonna stop us from winning,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The new rules don\u2019t apply to Ticketmaster, StubHub, or Seat Geek.
