It originated on a satire news website.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/109733667355892\/photos\/a.109737017355557\/452149113114344\/?type=3&amp;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook post<\/a> features a screen grab of what looks like a news article that puts up the headline: \u201cDNA Testing Reveals Milkman Fathered Over 800 Children Between 1951 and 1964.\u201d Also included in the screen grab is a picture of an elderly man, as well as text that alleges, \u201cRandall (Randy) Jeffries was a Milk Delivery man in the 1950\u2019s and 60\u2019s in Southern California.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, a keyword search revealed this story is not true. The article featured in the screen grab was published on Dec. 24, 2021, by <a href=\"https:\/\/dailynewsreported.com\/romance\/dna-testing-reveals-milkman-fathered-over-800-children-between-1951-and-1964\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Daily News Reported<\/a>, which, according to its <a href=\"https:\/\/dailynewsreported.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201cAbout Us\u201d<\/a> page, is \u201ca fabricated satirical newspaper and comedy website.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDaily News Reported uses invented names in all its stories, except in cases when public figures are being satirized,\u201d the satirical website <a href=\"https:\/\/dailynewsreported.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">disclaims<\/a>. \u201cAny other use of real names is accidental and coincidental.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>No national news sources, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/search?dropmab=true&amp;query=milkman%20800%20children&amp;sort=best\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The New York Times<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/search?query=milkman%20800%20children&amp;mod=searchresults_viewallresults\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Wall Street Journal<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/search?query=milkman%20800%20children&amp;btn-search=&amp;facets=%7B%22time%22%3A%22all%22%2C%22sort%22%3A%22relevancy%22%2C%22section%22%3A%5B%5D%2C%22author%22%3A%5B%5D%7D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Washington Post<\/a>, have reported on a milkman named Randall Jeffries fathering over 800 children.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2020\/10\/20\/fact-check-lottery-winner-arrested-manure-former-boss-lawn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Did A Lottery Winner Get Arrested For Leaving $200,000 Worth Of Manure On The Lawn Of His Former Boss?)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The photo of the elderly man used in the satirical Daily News Reported article can be found on the stock image website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rgbstock.com\/photo\/miseq6k\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RGB Stock.<\/a> The photo was originally published to the site in 2010 and is labeled \u201cHappy oldman 1.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An image shared on Facebook over 190 times claims DNA testing revealed a milkman in California fathered over 800 children.Verdict: False The story is not true.
