In a clear reference to the terrorist attack on New York the previous day you said on more than one occasion to one of my court ushers \u2018you should have been on the ******* plane.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis caused a great deal of distress to an individual who was simply doing his job and should not be subjected to your foul abuse.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mr Wells described the man named Faisal Akram as a \u201cmenace\u201d who repeatedly disrupted the court even on occasions when he was not called before the court.<\/p>\n<p>The court issued an Exclusion Order under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act against Faisal Akram, which the local paper claimed had only been used once during the prior 25 years at the Blackburn Magistrates\u2019 Court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith immediate effect, it has been decided that in order to protect and ensure the health and safety of staff you should be excluded from and prohibited from entering the court building at all times other than when due to appear in court to answer a summons or surrender to bail or to make a payment in respect of any outstanding financial penalty owed by you,\u201d Wells said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you are found in the building for any other purpose you will be asked to leave and police assistance will be sought if necessary,\u201d the barrister added.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Brother of Texas Synagogue Terrorist Reveals Akram had a Criminal Record, Questions Why he was Given a Visa<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/dDAkgvQMKo\">https:\/\/t.co\/dDAkgvQMKo<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartLondon\/status\/1483091753406287873?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 17, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>On Monday, the Texas terrorist\u2019s brother, Gulbar Akram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2022\/01\/17\/brother-of-texas-synagogue-terrorist-reveals-he-had-a-criminal-record\/\">revealed<\/a> that Faisal had a criminal record in Britain, saying: \u201cHe\u2019s known to police. Got a criminal record. How was he allowed to get a visa and acquire a gun?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gulbar previously&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/01\/16\/texas-synagogue-terrorists-brother-says-suffering-mental-health-issues\/\">claimed<\/a> that his brother had \u201cmental health issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It is not currently known the extent of the deceased terrorists\u2019 criminal activity in Britain or indeed whether security services in either the UK or American were aware of the would-be terrorist.<\/p>\n<p>During the 11-hour hostage situation in Texas, Akram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/middle-east\/2022\/01\/17\/fbi-claim-texas-hostage-situation-not-specifically-targeting-jews-slammed-as-absurd\/\">called<\/a> for the release of Aafia Siddiqui, a Pakistani national who is currently serving an 86-year sentence for attempting to kill U.S. military officers. In light of her connections to the terror group behind the 9\/11 attacks,&nbsp;Aafia Siddiqui has been dubbed \u201cLady al Qaeda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Counter Terror Policing division in North West England is currently liaising with American law enforcement authorities in the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>So far, two teenagers have been detained in South Manchester as a part of the investigation.
