Hello, my fellow Americans,\u201d he began, adding a dig at Republican efforts to stop the Democrats\u2019 attempts to overhaul federal elections. \u201cAs I keep saying every chance I get, we\u2019re in the middle of a cold, dark winter. This winter is so dark, Republicans don\u2019t think it should vote.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know this virus has disrupted our lives,\u201d he continued. \u201cIt\u2019s canceled holidays, weddings, quinceaneras, gender-reveal parties, wildfires that started as gender-reveal parties, whatever the hell is happening with Novak Djokovic. I know you\u2019re tired of getting emails from your kids school late at night saying, \u2018Ok, come in tomorrow, we\u2019re feeling lucky.\u2019 I know every time a stranger breathes on you, you think, \u2018That\u2019s it I\u2019m dead.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiden\u201d then pivoted to offer a solution \u2014 one thing Americans could do that he believed would stop the rapid spread of Omicron: stop seeing \u201cSpider-Man: No Way Home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmerica, I am here to tell you there is one simple thing you can do to make this whole virus go away,\u201d he said. \u201cJust stop seeing \u2018Spider-Man.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The audience laughed as he turned to his visual aids and continued to explain. \u201cThink about it: when did \u2018Spider-Man\u2019 come out? December 17th. When did every single person get Omicron? The week after December 17th. Stop seeing \u2018Spider-Man\u2019!\u201d he shouted to continued laughter.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson\u2019s \u201cBiden\u201d opened up the floor for questions, then, and one \u201creporter\u201d asked whether he really believed COVID would stop spreading if people stopped going to movies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI didn\u2019t say don\u2019t go to the movies,\u201d he shot back. \u201cI said stop seeing \u2018Spider-Man.\u2019 See anything else. I saw the first half-hour of \u2018House of Gucci,\u2019 that\u2019s more than enough movie for anyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After being asked for a breakdown of the data, \u201cBiden\u201d replied, \u201cEveryone in America has seen \u2018Spider4-Man\u2019 like eight times. Everyone in America also has COVID. Stop seeing \u2018Spider-Man\u2019!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden has <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/at-home-covid-test-deliveries-delayed-after-wild-west-style-train-robberies\/\">faced criticism<\/a> lately as plans to ramp up <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/fundamental-lack-of-strategy-gop-sens-blunt-burr-demand-answers-from-biden-administration-on-covid-test-shortage\/\">testing<\/a> appear to be too little, too late for the record-shattering Omicron-driven surge of new cases. The White House has denied reports that <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/we-didnt-reject-it-biden-claims-white-house-didnt-reject-mass-testing-before-the-holidays\/\">Biden shot down<\/a> a plan for mass testing prior to the holidays, and even press secretary Jen Psaki appeared to laugh off the idea of sending home-testing kits to the American people.
