From high school, I had been taking baking classes,\u201d the 31-year-old explained. \u201cIt was a hard time for me. I had no friends, I didn\u2019t have a social life. I got bullied, I got picked on. Some of the proceeds from the business are put toward the organization.<\/p>\n<p>The young woman also came up with a petition to create more jobs for individuals with disabilities, and hopes to gain attention from Congress.<\/p>\n<p>Now, she hires them to work for her company.<\/p>\n<p>Video footage&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2-WHklQmMFw\">showed<\/a> her working alongside employees:<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cMy whole mission is creating jobs for people with disabilities,\u201d she explained, adding, \u201cFor people who do have disabilities\u2026some want to have a job so badly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company has 15 employees and approximately half of them have special needs, according to Divitto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo matter who you are, you can make a great difference in this world,\u201d she declared. \u201cDon\u2019t let people bring you down \u2026 Do not focus on your disabilities.
