GE is the first major company to halt its policy after the Supreme Court blocked&nbsp;the centerpiece of President Joe Biden\u2019s push to boost Covid-19 vaccinations,\u201d <em>Bloomberg<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-01-14\/general-electric-halts-vaccine-rule-after-supreme-court-ruling\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;Friday.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The Supreme Court dealt the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/01\/13\/supreme-court-strikes-biden-vaccine-mandate\/\">blow<\/a>&nbsp;recently to Biden\u2019s coronavirus policy regarding the vaccine mandate on employers, but upheld a smaller mandate on healthcare workers, according to Breitbart News.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>However, workers may still opt out of the mandate if they have a religious objection or medical issue:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cOSHA has never before imposed such a mandate. Nor has Congress,\u201d the court\u2019s opinion in <em>NFIB v. OSHA<\/em> began. \u201cIndeed, although Congress has enacted significant legislation addressing the COVID\u201319 pandemic, it has declined to enact any measure similar to what OSHA has promulgated here.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div class=\"google-auto-placed ap_container\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cAdministrative agencies are creatures of statute. They accordingly possess only the authority that Congress has provided. The Secretary has ordered 84 million Americans to either obtain a COVID\u201319 vaccine or undergo weekly medical testing at their own expense,\u201d the opinion continued. \u201cThis is no everyday exercise of federal power. It is instead a significant encroachment into the lives\u2014and health\u2014of a vast number of employees. We expect Congress to speak clearly when authorizing an agency to exercise powers of vast economic and political significance.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>Meanwhile, as Americans are facing mandates to receive one of three approved vaccines for the coronavirus, recent data found thousands of illegal aliens are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/01\/14\/illegals-refusing-vaccine-americans-get-mandates\/\">refusing<\/a> the shot.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile Biden and elected Democrats have continued to impose vaccine mandates on American citizens, they have routinely exempted illegal aliens from such requirements,\u201d Breitbart News reported.<\/p>\n<p>In November, Biden announced cross-border truckers would have to be vaccinated to keep working, yet the order exempted border crossers and illegal aliens, the outlet noted.<\/p>\n<p>The applications are <em>NFIB v. OSHA<\/em>, No. 21A244 at the Supreme Court of the United States, and <em>Biden v.
