But Baldwin has yet to comply, the paper added.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s office has reportedly turned to the district attorney\u2019s office because the actor has still not complied with the warrant.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Despite the clear facts, though, Baldwin continues to insist that he has been complying with all legal orders from investigators.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAny suggestion that I am not complying with requests or orders or demands or search warrants about my phone, that\u2019s bullshit, that\u2019s a lie,\u201d Baldwin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2022\/01\/08\/watch-alec-baldwin-demands-to-know-what-really-happened-in-rust-shooting-has-not-turned-over-phone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> in a video rant posted to social media on Jan. 8.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tv\/CYeSblzvrbw\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Finally, on Thursday, Baldwin\u2019s attorney released a statement saying that he and the prosecutor\u2019s office have reached an agreement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe reached an agreement last weekend with the Santa Fe Sheriff\u2019s Office and the Santa Fe District Attorney\u2019s Office, and Mr. Baldwin\u2019s phone is being turned over this week for review,\u201d Baldwin\u2019s attorney, Aaron Dyer, said in a statement. \u201cEver since this tragic incident, Mr. Baldwin has continued to cooperate with the authorities, and any suggestion to the contrary is simply untrue. We requested that the authorities obtain a warrant so that we could protect his privacy on other matters unrelated to Rust and have been working through that process. We are finalizing logistics with the authorities in New York who are assisting in this matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 63-year-old actor was holding a gun being used as a prop during a rehearsal for his movie, <i>Rust. <\/i>The gun&nbsp;fired, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza.
