The arrest affidavit said he was struck in his head and torso.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<div class=\"fb-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/WFLANewsChannel8\/posts\/10166794718065500\" data-width=\"640\">\n<blockquote cite=\"https:\/\/graph.facebook.com\/112651575499\/posts\/10166794718065500\/\" class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\">\n<p>Police said the women went to the man&#8217;s apartment around 3 a.m. and threw glitter at him during an argument, then got into his apartment and threw more containers of glitter. 8.wfla.com\/3zKthVO<\/p>\n<p>Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/112651575499\">WFLA News Channel 8<\/a> on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/graph.facebook.com\/112651575499\/posts\/10166794718065500\/\">Tuesday, January 11, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"teads-adCall\">\n<p>Officers explained Franks climbed over the fence, entered the man\u2019s apartment, and threw additional containers of glitter at the man, the WFLA report continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>She then unlocked the front door to let O\u2019Donovan inside as well, the affidavit said.&nbsp;Once she was inside the apartment, police said O\u2019Donovan also threw more containers of glitter at the man.&nbsp;According to police, Franks left the apartment complex in a vehicle that was then traced back to her Seville Boulevard home. The arrest affidavit said the vehicle was still warm to the touch and had glitter inside when police found it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>Police saw Franks walking nearby <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox13news.com\/news\/clearwater-women-arrested-after-throwing-glitter-at-man-while-breaking-into-his-apartment-police-say?fbclid=IwAR3RJoFR7W8ekVVpw7rVPYn9zACv-bMuJ-59M-FBuj0sUld9lFyHqe7SP4A\">wearing<\/a> the same outfit the victim said she had on at the time the incident occurred, according to Fox 13.<\/p>\n<p>Franks and O\u2019Donovan were taken into custody and charged with felony burglary with assault or battery. In addition, Franks was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief because officers said she kicked and broke a window as she exited the apartment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFranks and O\u2019Donovan were taken to the Pinellas County Jail and each given $75,000 bond.
