The major ruling came down Thursday, alongside a separate decision from the justices to uphold the mandate for health care workers at federally funded facilities.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NEW: The Supreme Court blocked Biden&#8217;s authoritarian vaccine mandate for private businesses. <\/p>\n<p>This is a victory for American workers, and the GOP is proud of our role filing one of the lawsuits that halted this mandate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 GOP (@GOP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GOP\/status\/1481726469667762179?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 13, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) mandate for large businesses partially took effect Monday and has faced legal challenges since Biden\u2019s announcement several months ago. On Thursday, the Supreme Court decided that mandate is unconstitutional and blocked it on a federal level.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udea8\ud83d\udea8\ud83d\udea8 Huge victory for freedom and hardworking Americans!<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court just BLOCKED Biden&#8217;s authoritarian vaccine mandate for businesses.<\/p>\n<p>But let&#8217;s be clear: This doesn\u2019t go far enough.
