But Wednesday the nonpartisan investigator said the bombshell revelations contained in his upcoming book <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Red-Handed-American-Elites-Helping-China\/dp\/0063061147\/?tag=breitbart035-20\"><em>Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win<\/em><\/a> (HarperCollins) are the \u201cscariest\u201d in his quarter-century career.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Red-Handed-American-Elites-Helping-China\/dp\/0063061147\/?tag=breitbart035-20\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-19460594\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/redhanded-hc-c-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"308\" height=\"466\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The book, which is slated for a January 25 release, was announced exclusively Wednesday by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/playbook\">Politico Playbook<\/a> and will reportedly \u201cexpose bad actors on both ends of the political spectrum and their willingness to do China\u2019s bidding.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The book\u2019s cover features wealthy luminaires from politics, sports, and Silicon Valley on its cover, including President Joe Biden shaking the hand of Chinese Communist Party Leader Xi Jinping, NBA star LeBron James, former House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (R-CA), former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and tech billionaires Elon Musk and Bill Gates.<\/p>\n<p>Schweizer\u2019s statement that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Red-Handed-American-Elites-Helping-China\/dp\/0063061147\/?tag=breitbart035-20\"><em>Red-Handed<\/em><\/a> contains the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jasoninthehouse\/status\/1481316795420012545\">scariest<\/a>\u201d revelations of his career is eye-opening. His 2015 investigative blockbuster <em>Clinton Cash <\/em>launched an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Schweizer\u2019s last two #1 <em>New York Times<\/em> bestsellers, <em>Profile in Corruption<\/em> and <em>Secret Empires<\/em>, exposed systemic corruption among the Washington elite.<\/p>\n<p>Schweizer, who is the president of the nonpartisan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/28\/the-drill-down-podcast-with-peter-schweizer-marks-new-chapter-for-government-accountability-institute\/\">Government Accountability Institute<\/a>&nbsp;(GAI) and a senior contributor to Breitbart News, also authored&nbsp;<em>Throw Them All<\/em>&nbsp;<em>Out<\/em>, which, according to left-leaning&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/slate.com\/news-and-politics\/2012\/03\/andrew-breitbart-1969-2012.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Slate<\/a>, was \u201cthe book that started the STOCK Act stampede.\u201d The bipartisan STOCK Act (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge) banned insider trading by members of Congress and was signed into law by President Barack Obama on April 4, 2012. The legislation received overwhelming support from both parties. One of the main figures featured in Schweizer\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Throw Them All Out<\/em>, then-chairman of the House Financial Services Committee Spencer Bachus (R-AL),&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/big-government\/2013\/10\/01\/rep-spencer-bachus-won-t-seek-reelection\/\">announced<\/a>&nbsp;he would not seek reelection after the book\u2019s reporting. CBS\u2019s&nbsp;<em>60 Minutes<\/em>&nbsp;did an investigative report on Schweizer\u2019s revelations that won them the&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/cbs-news-wins-all-three-awards-at-rtca-dinner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">Joan Shorenstein Barone Award<\/a>&nbsp;for excellence in Washington-based journalism.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jasoninthehouse\/status\/1481316795420012545\">tweet<\/a> to his over half-million Twitter followers, former congressman Jason Chaffetz, a distinguished fellow at GAI, shared a link to the book\u2019s cover and stated: \u201cExposed. @peterschweizer does the best research.
