Version: 4.0.47--><p class=\"subheading\">Democrat insiders are pushing failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as a potential 2024 front-runner.<\/p>\n<p>In a Tuesday&nbsp;<em>Wall Street Journal<\/em>&nbsp;op-ed,&nbsp;Schoen Cooperman, former pollster for Bill Clinton, and&nbsp;Andrew Stein, a former New York City council member, wrote Hillary Clinton is the Democrats\u2019 \u201cbest option\u201d to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/hillary-clinton-2024-comeback-president-biden-harris-democrat-nominee-race-2022-midterm-loss-11641914951\">defeat<\/a> the Republican nominee for president in 2024.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cHillary Clinton remains ambitious, outspoken and convinced that if not for Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey\u2019s intervention and Russian interference that she would have won the 2016 election,\u201d the men wrote about Hillary\u2019s 2016 election loss, \u201cand she may be right.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The report dismisses Vice President Kamala Harris or President Joe Biden as legitimate 2024 contenders.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Now we know why Hillary met with Kamala <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/aZnWA9Dvh1\">https:\/\/t.co\/aZnWA9Dvh1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Jack Posobiec \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@JackPosobiec) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JackPosobiec\/status\/1481268086820851713?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 12, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Alternatively, the&nbsp;authors&nbsp;estimate Hillary would be considered the \u201cchange candidate\u201d when contrasted to the Democrats\u2019 failed leadership while controlling all branches of government leading up to 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe is already in an advantageous position to become the 2024 Democratic nominee,\u201d they claim. \u201cShe is an experienced national figure who is younger than Mr. Biden and can offer a different approach from the disorganized and unpopular one the party is currently taking.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The two insiders also pointed to Hillary\u2019s recent posturing statements about which type of radical Democrat is most suited to win the Democrat primary:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>In a recent MSNBC interview, Mrs. Clinton called on Democrats to engage in \u201ccareful thinking about what wins elections, and not just in deep-blue districts where a Democrat and a liberal Democrat, or so-called progressive Democrat, is going to win.\u201d She also noted that party\u2019s House majority \u201ccomes from people who win in much more difficult districts.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mentioning Bill Clinton\u2019s reflections on Hillary\u2019s failed 2016 campaign, the report suggests \u201c[e]ven Bill Clinton recently set the stage for his wife\u2019s potential 2024 candidacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_14094467\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14094467\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/GettyImages-621952930.png\" alt=\"US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton makes a concession speech after being defeated by Republican President-elect Donald Trump, as former President Bill Clinton looks on in New York on November 9, 2016. \/ AFP PHOTO \/ JEWEL SAMAD (Photo credit should read JEWEL SAMAD\/AFP via Getty Images)\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton makes a concession speech after being defeated by Republican President-elect Donald Trump, as former President Bill Clinton looks on.
