He&nbsp;also plans to collaborate musically with Agalarov\u2019s son, Emin, in effort to raise Emin\u2019s profile in the U.S., according to Billboard.<\/p>\n<p>West\u2019s&nbsp;personal and label reps declined to comment to the publication.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKanye knows what\u2019s going on more than the average human being, he\u2019s well aware of things. And it\u2019s nothing against the United States or to cause conflicts, but Ye is Ye \u2014 he can\u2019t be controlled,\u201d Sudan told Billboard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is Ye, Ye is going to get there regardless.
