They think I\u2019m kidding, man. I wasn\u2019t arrested, I was stopped. I was not able to move where I wanted to go.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden claimed during a 2007 interview with David Letterman that he was arrested at the Capitol when he was just 21 years old, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-claimed-arrested-trespassing-capitol-age-21\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fox News<\/a>.
