The statement, signed by major members of the cast, read:<\/p>\n<p><em>Thirty-five years ago, we came together as a TV family, but we became a real family. And now we grieve as a family. Bob made us laugh until we cried. Now our tears flow in sadness, but also with gratitude for all the beautiful memories of our sweet, kind, hilarious, cherished Bob. He was a brother to us guys, a father to us girls and a friend to all of us. Bob, we love you dearly. We ask in Bob\u2019s honor, hug the people you love. No one gave better hugs than Bob.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The post was signed by Stamos, series creator Jeff Franklin, Dave Coulier, Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, Lori Loughlin, Andrea Barber, Scott Weinger, and Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen.<\/p>\n<p>Lori Loughlin said in another statement, \u201cWords cannot begin to express how devastated I am. Bob was more than my friend, he was my family. \u2026 I will miss his kind heart and quick wit. Thank you for a lifetime of wonderful memories and laughter. I love you Bobby.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Saget family released a statement reading, \u201cHe was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter. Though we ask for privacy at this time, we invite you to join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Only hours before the 65-year-old Saget was found dead&nbsp;in his Ritz-Carlton hotel room in Orlando, Florida, on Sunday afternoon, he posted on Instagram:<\/p>\n<p><em>Okay, I loved tonight\u2019s show in Jacksonville. Really nice audience. Lots of positivity. Happened last night in Orlando last night at the Hard Rock Live too. Very appreciative and fun audiences. Thanks again to @comediantimwilkins for opening. \u2018 had no idea I did a two hour set tonight. I\u2019m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I\u2019m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it.&nbsp;A\u2019ight, see you in two weeks Jan 28 &amp; 29 @pbimprov with my brother @therealmikeyoung \u2014 and check BobSaget.com\u201d for my dates in 2022 \u2014 Goin\u2019 everywhere until I get the special shot.
