We are only two weeks into the Adams administration and he is already kowtowing to the radical City Council. This lawsuit is the only thing that will stop them from their ultimate goal of eradicating all the lines between citizens and non-citizens. [Emphasis added]\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Likewise, Staten Island Borough President Vito Fossella said, \u201cthe right to vote is one of our most sacred privileges and obligations\u201d as American citizens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAllowing 800,000 non-citizens, including those who have been here for less than thirty days, to vote in local elections is a slap in the face of every single American citizen, whether born or naturalized,\u201d Fossella said. \u201cThis unconstitutional act cheapens what it means to be a citizen and is an insult to every immigrant who has followed the law, taken citizenship classes, and swore an oath to our nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_19395514\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Gov-Kathy-Hochul-NYC-Mayor-Eric-Adams-jan2022-getty.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19395514\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Gov-Kathy-Hochul-NYC-Mayor-Eric-Adams-jan2022-getty.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>NY Gov. CLARY\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Aside from a number of Republican plaintiffs, naturalized American citizens and Democrat city councilman Robert Holden are among those suing Adams for the policy.<\/p>\n<p>As Breitbart News&nbsp;has&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/30\/non-citizens-could-decide-local-elections-in-nyc-under-democrat-plan\/\">noted<\/a>, the plan has the potential to massively influence local elections while diluting the votes of American citizens in the city. In June, for instance, Adams (D) won the Democrat mayoral primary by less than 7,200 votes.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, as&nbsp;Councilman Rev. Ruben Diaz (D-Bronx)&nbsp;has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/29\/nyc-democrat-councilman-radical-agenda-by-democrats-to-give-voting-rights-to-non-citizens-dangerous\/\">noted<\/a>, the plan is set to dilute the votes of the city\u2019s citizens while shifting electoral power to foreign nationals with ties to the United Nations, Wall Street, and the global financial system.<\/p>\n<p>The case is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/files.constantcontact.com\/84c9c61d001\/a250fdc5-6078-40fb-bdc9-fad35952e56f.pdf\"><em>Fossella v.
