Byron Donalds (R-FL).<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>He continued, \u201cAt this point, we\u2019re not allowed to talk about certain topics because it\u2019s inconvenient to the people who control our media and the current political class.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmong many absurd things she said last week, was that 100,000 children are in serious condition, and many on ventilators for coronavirus,\u201d he added. \u201cThis is completely false.&nbsp;Even PolitiFact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politifact.com\/factchecks\/2022\/jan\/07\/sonia-sotomayor\/fact-checking-sotomayor-kids-severe-covid-19\/?1\">rated<\/a> this false, which they are not really in the business of fact-checking people like Sotomayor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He went on, \u201cIt is emblematic of what I think is another pandemic we\u2019re going through, which is a pandemic of misinformation coming from the coronavirus hysterics, and I think it\u2019s really making people less healthy because people don\u2019t know where to get the information.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span>Donalds concurred, \u201cYou\u2019re absolutely right. \u2026 Where is she getting her misinformation from?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Donalds observed how the Supreme Court\u2019s leftist justices focused on attempting to evaluate the utility \u2014 not the constitutionality \u2014 of the Biden administration\u2019s vaccine mandates during oral arguments.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p><span>He stated, \u201cIf you listen to the oral arguments, all that [Sotomayor] and Breyer and Kagan were talking about were the merits of the policy because of the pandemic, not the constitutionality or the authority of OSHA or the executive because if you look at whether what [Biden] is doing is constitutional \u2014 yes or no \u2014 t<\/span><span>he clear answer is no.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_16622102\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Supreme-Court-Justices-2021.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16622102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Supreme-Court-Justices-2021.jpg\" alt=\"WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 23: Members of the Supreme Court pose for a group photo at the Supreme Court in Washington, DC on April 23, 2021. She\u2019s trying to create her own logic stream in a bizarro universe with respect to COVID-19 in order to justify her supporting what&nbsp;<span>Joe Biden is doing.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Donalds warned that left-wing Supreme Court justices expanding their scope of power beyond their defined roles as arbiters of constitutional legality are an existential threat to the American experiment in self-governance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cYou can\u2019t govern a nation\u201d if the Supreme Court \u201c<\/span><span>becomes about whatever the whim is of the mob\u201d or \u201cthe current Democrat president or Democrat majority,\u201d Donalds concluded. \u201cYou cannot maintain separation of powers like that, a<\/span><span>nd you cannot maintain a constitutional republic like that.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p><span>Marlow added, \u201c[Sotomayor] is so bubbled that she thought this was real, or she\u2019s lying.
