Please DM any additional details.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 americanair (@AmericanAir) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AmericanAir\/status\/1479974929097531400?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 9, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Before setting her account to protected status, the distempered passenger also posted screenshots of her text conversation with the airline in which the airline claimed it was launching an \u201cinternal review.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe take this very seriously and have sent this over to crew leadership,\u201d the airline said in a message from Morrison who also claimed the pilot displayed political propaganda supporting insurrection against the U.S. government. \u201cThey will handle this internally after review. We assure you appropriate internal review will occur.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The airline\u2019s seeming promise to punish the pilot comes two years after floating a policy to allow employees to wear Black Lives Matter paraphernalia while in uniform.<\/p>\n<p>In Sept. of 2020, the airline made headlines when it ruled that crews were allowed to wear BLM pins while serving customers. The carrier even went so far as to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/social-justice\/2020\/09\/07\/american-airlines-allows-flight-attendants-to-wear-black-lives-matter-pins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hire<\/a> a social justice group to design a special racial awareness pin for crews to wear.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The phrase, \u201cLet\u2019s go, Brandon,\u201d went national in October after NBC Sports reporter Kelli Stavast falsely&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/sports\/2021\/10\/03\/watch-nbc-reporter-covers-biden-claims-fck-joe-biden-chant-lets-go-brandon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claimed<\/a>&nbsp;that a crowd of NASCAR fans were chanting \u201cLet\u2019s Go Brandon\u201d following a victory by driver Brandon Brown.
