\/><\/div>\n<p class=\"subheading\">A Spanish court has ruled that a mother who attempted to flee to Portugal to prevent her two children from being vaccinated cannot have any contact with them or approach them.<\/p>\n<p>The mother of the two children, identified as Christine M.C., was released by a court in Seville following her arrest after taking her two children, aged 12 and 14, to neighbouring Portugal in an effort to stop them from being vaccinated.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The 46-year-old fled Spain with her children to the town of&nbsp;Aljezur in the Algarve in November of last year after the children\u2019s father David K. had wanted the children to take the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>A Spanish judge agreed with the father after the disagreement was brought to court and Christine M.C was later arrested on Wednesday and brought back to Spain, newspaper<em> El Mundo<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/andalucia\/2022\/01\/06\/61d6df02fdddffc60a8b456d.html\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Borja G\u00f3mez Mart\u00ednez-Fresneda, the lawyer for the mother, stated that her client had taken the children in order to prevent any possible side effects from the vaccine.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" but ordered that she not contact them or approach them, temporarily withdrawing her custody rights after it was revealed she had not let the children return to school or see their father after she had taken them.<\/p>\n<p>The European Medicines Agency (EMA)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/news\/european-agency-clears-moderna-vaccine-for-children-12-17\/\">approved<\/a> vaccine doses for children aged 12 to 17 in July of last year, although&nbsp;just months later authorities in Scandinavia<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/news\/sweden-suspends-moderna-vaccine-for-those-30-and-under\/\"> suspended the use of Moderna vaccine doses<\/a> for those under the age of 30 after reported risks of heart inflammation.<\/p>\n<p>In November, the&nbsp;EMA issued approvals for use of the&nbsp;Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for even younger children aged&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/news\/european-union-approves-pfizer-covid-19-vaccine-for-children-5-11\/\">from five to 11<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\"
